For over a decade, we have been “Opening Doors” for our customers, neighbors, friends, and family. With the launch of Reel Keeper Realty in 2012, we continue to open those same doors -but also provide a ‘‘Win-Win Difference’ for everyone’ and lead the way to ‘“Giving Back’” to our community.
Our agency will provide help with your Real Estate needs while at the same time encourage the support of local charitable organizations. Ultimately, we believe this will give Buyers and Sellers a more gratifying experience while in the process of buying or selling a home.
The mission includes a very simple process.  For each transaction we represent -we rebate a portion of our earned commissions to ‘you’ -which then gets donated in ‘your’’ name towards the organization ‘you’ choose at the closing. Given the opportunity, we think everyone likes to be part of giving back to the community -so we have created this simple solution.
Here are just some of the charities that can be chosen from. To receive the tax deduction for Federal Income Tax Purposes, the organization must be a nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Please consult a Tax Advisor for proper filing procedures.
